There are benefits of physical activity at any age. Fitness insinuates the ability to do medium to difficult activities on a daily
basis, requiring the functioning of living, breathing, flexible joints, strong enough muscles, and appropriate body weight for
your systems to function at their best level possible.
Each individual, or those offering this exercise program ,will obtain permission of their physician to participate at the level
of their medical status. Each participant should be reminded of the precautions they have been given in previous encounters
with exercising. Limits can be adjusted in pace, decreased repetitions, and/or not participating in a particular set of exercises,
and starting slowly…doing the motions properly and safely.
